Fürth, 13.09.2024 - The P&P Group has leased additional space in the urban experience center FLAiR Fürth. Europe's leading non-food discounter TEDi will offer its product range on the first first floor on more than 600 square meters of retail space. “We are very pleased with this location decision by TEDi. It fits perfectly into the FLAiR, will further expand the variety of products on offer there and increase the attractiveness of the property,” emphasizes Velimir Filipović, General Manager of the FLAiR. For TEDi, the new store is an important milestone in the development of the regional location. The FLAiR Fürth reflects TEDi's requirements profile in many respects and shows that stationary retail centers can be very successful with the right portfolio. In connection with the new rental agreement, TEDi has announced that it will continue to systematically expand its store network in Middle Franconia. The aim is to open the store in FLAiR Fürth before the end of this year. FLAiR offers a total of around 60 retail outlets and a wide range of restaurants. On average, more than 10,000 people a day visit the experience center, which is owned and operated by the P&P Group. There are 3.3 million visitors a year.
