Recognising opportunities
Repositioning of properties involves the transformation/renovation of a property to increase its profitability and value. This can be done, for example, by improving the infrastructure, reorienting the utilisation plan or modernising the facilities in line with our clients' needs and environmental and social aspects.
Asset- & Property Management
We guarantee our tenants contemporary, modern rental space that is always adapted to the continuously changing requirements. Our aim is to optimise returns on an ongoing and sustainable basis.
Flexible distribution channels
Due to long-term experience in global sales, we are able to implement complex transactions with institutional investors. Through our individual sales platform with its own sales team and brokers, we have additional sales channels for retail investors or owner-occupiers.
Technical
In-House Expertise
With our own construction department and planners, we implement projects in a time- and cost-efficient manner, especially by awarding individual contracts. Our long-standing understanding of the market helps us to implement innovative concepts, for example in the field of energy efficiency.

STRONG TOGETHER
With the P&P Foundation VITA, we want to stand up for people who need special protection, who are on the fringes of society, for example. Improving the living conditions for future generations through our support is a mission that is close to our hearts and enjoys the highest priority. The Foundation supports above all disadvantaged children and young people for the chance of a life worth living.
The foundation, which was established in 2011, exclusively pursues charitable and benevolent purposes. However, the foundation also aims to initiate and develop its own projects and thereby become active at the grassroots level.

Since its founding in 1995, the P&P Group has developed continuously and recorded extraordinary growth. Our history is characterised by innovation, expertise and a clear focus on outstanding performance for our clients, partners and other stakeholders. From our humble beginnings to our position today as an established company, we are proud to have continued on our path and to keep strengthening our commitment to excellence in the real estate industry.
The P&P Group celebrates 30 years of real estate expertise – with over 2 billion euros in development volume, more than 220 million euros in annual revenue and over 100 employees. The focus is on the sustainable development and revitalisation of urban spaces. The sales launch of the modern city apartments on Steinbühlerstraße in Nuremberg marks another highlight in the urban residential segment. In Fürth, the Hornschuch Campus is creating a forward-looking district – including the exclusive Central Homes at the historic engine sheds (Lokschuppen) 20 & 22. The Vita Foundation is also increasingly involved in community-oriented project work.
2025
P&P sets the course for future growth and diversifies, among other things, through a new location in London. The new-build business is expanded and the sales platform established. P&P completes more than 200 residential units and begins construction of 120 new residential units.
The P&P Group opens the Urban City Center FLAIR in Fürth, a modern shopping centre including the events and entertainment venue Hologate World. In Nuremberg, the group acquires the Metz site with 84,000 m² of land. In total, the group employs more than 100 people.
2021
The P&P Group's radius of activity expands. The opening of a branch in Munich for the southern Bavarian region marks another milestone. In addition, investment activities increasingly extend beyond the Nuremberg metropolitan region and Bavaria and now take place throughout Germany.
