During this period, the real estate developer achieved one of the strongest sales months in its company history within its residential construction division, selling over 16 residential units in a single month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>This exceptionally strong month underscores the sustained high demand for housing in the Nuremberg metropolitan region. \"This month confirms our strategic direction and the attractiveness of our projects,\" explains CEO Eva-Maria Zurek. \"Our team has done an outstanding job, and we are delighted that our housing concepts are being so well received by investors and owners.\" \"For us as a corporate group, this month marks a historic success that demonstrates just how effectively our long-term development strategy is bearing fruit,\" adds company founder Michael Peter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The sold units originate predominantly from current project developments in the metropolitan region. In light of the strong demand, the P&amp;P Group plans to continue its growth trajectory and implement further projects in the coming months. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Strong Demand for City Apartments and Central Homes<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the key drivers of this strong February are two current projects, *City-Apartments* and *Central Homes*, both of which are meeting with noticeable market interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With *City-Apartments*, the P&amp;P Group is developing a residential ensemble with a total of 111 units on Steinb\u00fchler Stra\u00dfe in Nuremberg. The attractive unit mix features newly built apartments ranging from efficient 1-room apartments to a spacious 111 m\u00b2 penthouse with impressive panoramic views. Nearly all apartments feature a balcony, roof terrace, or a private garden section, offering additional living comfort. The 1- to 4-room apartments cater to the ongoing demand for inner-city living spaces. The floor plans are designed to be compact and functional, with fittings oriented toward upscale standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The sustainability of the property is monitored by approved certification bodies under the framework of the KfN-QNG funding criteria. The project meets all the criteria of an \"Effizienzhaus 40\" (Efficiency House 40), currently the highest standard. Furthermore, a life cycle assessment ensures that the building's carbon footprint remains very small across its entire lifespan\u2014from construction through to its utilization and beyond. The project targets a broad spectrum of potential users, from singles to families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The sustained high demand is particularly evident in the major project *Central Homes*, located at the historic locomotive shed (Lokschuppen) in immediate proximity to F\u00fcrth's Hornschuchpromenade. More than 450 fully furnished residential units are being built within the complex, predominantly consisting of 1- to 2-room micro-apartments. Over 198 apartments are scheduled for completion in the first construction phase, with overall completion slated for the second quarter of 2027. The response to the project shows that compact, urban housing models remain in high demand across the region\u2014especially among students, commuters, and singles who prefer flexible and centrally located housing options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Looking Ahead<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Following this exceptionally strong sales month, the P&amp;P Group is sharpening its focus on the strategic advancement of its project portfolio. The center of attention will be housing models that capture shifting urban lifestyles while simultaneously meeting the highest demands for energy efficiency and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The company is already working on preparing further development sites in the metropolitan region and is evaluating additional fields of investment to continuously expand its supply of modern living space.
