Fürth, 20. June 2023- The FLAiR urban experience center in Fürth, owned by real estate developer and investor P&P Group, is expanding its range of offerings and welcoming its new tenants. On July 1, the pan-Asian restaurant KOKONO will open its doors directly at Theaterplatz. In addition, the companies mister*lady, MyAppCafé as well as Vinyl Der Laden have already complemented the shopping and gastronomy experience since the beginning of the year. Before the start of the Food Court Days, the FLAiR draws a positive balance of the events and action days in the first half of the year.

From July 1, the KOKONO restaurant will be serving traditional Asian dishes and modern sushi creations on two floors at FLAiR. The spacious outdoor area with a view of Fürth's city theater also offers all guests attractive seating in the open air. The renowned clothing company mister*lady opened its new branch in FLAiR back in February. The fashion chain, founded in 1967 and based in Schwabach, Franconia, offers a wide range of textiles and clothing on more than 200 square meters. Since the beginning of the year, MyAppCafé, an automated machine for preparing coffee specialties, has also been part of the gastronomic offering.

"With this year's new openings, we have now let almost all the space and achieved an occupancy rate of 95 percent. This positive balance demonstrates the attractiveness of FLAiR as an established location for a wide range of stores and services. The response to the new offerings has been extremely positive so far and visitors are enthusiastic about the quality and variety that FLAiR offers," says Oliver Rackl, General Manager of FLAiR.

The FLAiR also draws a positive balance for the events and action days in the course of the year so far. In particular, the events around the carnival in February, the Easter and spring campaign as well as the job fair with FLAiR in April and, last but not least, the celebrations for Mother's Day and Men's Day have inspired numerous guests.

During a shopping tour through the center, numerous interested people were also able to take a look behind the scenes. "Participants in the tour of FLAiR were delighted with the insights into the center's technology and surprised by the possibilities and techniques of Hologate World, which offers something for all ages. In the case of the other stores visited during the tour, the service and personal advice were highlighted," summarizes Karin Hackbarth-Herrmann, city center representative for the city of Fürth.

The next event will take place from July 1 to 15. The Food Court Days are all about culinary diversity. For two weeks, the restaurateurs in FLAiR will be offering special deals. 

The urban experience center is centrally located in downtown Fürth with a catchment area of more than 1.2 million people and has around 60 stores and restaurants as well as numerous attractions, such as the globally unique HOLOGATE WORLD.

Fürth, 26. January 2022 - The real estate investor and developer P&P Group looks back on a successful year for its prestigious FLAIR project in Fürth. After opening on September 17, 2021, the urban shopping and experience center has developed into one of the most important places to go in the Bavarian metropolis within a very short time. On the first anniversary weekend in September 2022, the P&P Group welcomed 35,000 visitors and, despite the economically challenging market situation, announced that FLAIR was fully leased. The outstanding popularity continued during the Christmas business and at the turn of the year 2022/23, when up to 18,000 people visited the experience center every day.

The platform character of the property has proven to be a key success factor, enabling the dynamic adaptation and optimization of the mix of uses in the 22,000-square-meter space. "In order to provide our visitors with a unique shopping experience, we are constantly rethinking our utilization concept and actively responding to the wishes and requirements of our clientele. In line with our platform strategy, we see spaces that are little used over a longer period of time as a challenge to provide all visitors with a more attractive offer as quickly as possible," explains Michael Peter, CEO of P&P Group.

In the coming months, the P&P Group is planning, among other things, the expansion of the gastronomy offering, which takes up about 20 percent of the total space. New leases have already been finalized with KoKoNo - Pan-Asian Cuisine & Sushi Bar and Chickenz Fried Chicken. The culinary diversity is rounded off by the new opening of the Grill Kebap kebab snack bar and the MyAppCafé coffee bar.

Beyond the classic gastronomy and textile sectors, FLAIR has also established itself as a unique experience and social meeting place for the people of Fürth and the surrounding area with attractions such as the futuristic virtual reality world "Hologate" and a 27-ton XXL aquarium.
